What the Trust Does Beyond Training

Kushal Yuva Program (KYP)

Employability and soft-skills training for rural youth under the Bihar Skill Development Mission.

OnCeT Training Centres (under BSDM)

Operating Bihar Skill Development Mission-affiliated short-term training centres in and around Gilani.

Digital Literacy Drive

Basic computer and digital literacy classes for first-time learners across nearby villages.

Women Empowerment Programs

Skill and awareness sessions aimed at improving livelihoods and independence for local women.
